During my recent stay at the Sofitel, I experienced really good service from the friendly staff. The room was well-equipped with amenities, and the Italian restaurant was excellent. I was disappointed with the weak and slow internet in the room. Please fix this! I would still recommend this hotel for its overall quality and customer service.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Maxime at the reception and the ladies and gentleman in the breakfast room, were polite and helpful. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a gym and fast Wi-Fi. The room itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with bathrobes, slippers, and a comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of high-quality options. The hotel's location was practical, with easy access to the airport, the city center, and the train station via bus or taxi.

The hotel is conveniently located near a tram station, making it easy to explore the city. The concierge provides excellent restaurant recommendations, ensuring a memorable dining experience. the hotel offers a complimentary parking service, alleviating the stress of finding parking in the area.
Only one negative aspect - there is ongoing construction in the surrounding area, which may cause some noise during weekdays.
